Well managed building overall good experience

Pros:
The super Zijad is phenomenal. Takes pride in the building and runs a tight ship. Keeps common areas clean and very responsive to tenant requests. Also very good at keeping package deliveries in the package closet shortly after they arrive.
Cons:
Had a rodent situation that was finally solved after two attempts to seal the apartment. Third avenue is very loud and there’s an ambulance at least 1-2 times an hour during the evening. Also, the AC units are placed in the middle of the wall. Not very aesthetic.
Advice to owner:
Update the kitchens
