    Pros:
    Good location, rear-facing apartment didn't have bad view
    Cons:
    Noise levels, uncleanliness in trash room, mice in trash room and apartment, landlord refused to fix bathroom ceiling leak from tenant above

    Take fixes/complaints seriously
