Hilltop is the hillbottom
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, on-site laundry, elevator.
Cons:
Tiny possibly illegal apartments (such as a 1 br divided into a 2 br with temporary walls). Heat was inconsistent. Management was incredibly hard to get a hold of without threatening action. Too much money for the hassle.
Advice to owner:
Redo the whole building, or sell it to someone who actually cares about people.

Bad landlord, but livable space
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a good location for food, entertainment, the park, and transportation.
Cons:
Heat and hot water are spotty. The mice and roaches are not the best. The building manager is slow to respond and untrustworthy and rude
. Save your your receipts around these people.
Advice to owner:
Grow a conscience.
