The street is great, the block is quiet.
Cons:
Pests in the building but the landlord makes every effort to mitigate

Online portal to submit maintenance requests which they respond to promptly
Updated appliances and floors in select apartments
Cons:
Hallways/stairwells need a bit of a paint job from people moving in and out
