    The street is great, the block is quiet.
    Cons:
    Pests in the building but the landlord makes every effort to mitigate
    Advice to owner:
    None, they’re doing a great job.

    Smoke free, ongoing cleaning and pest service, fast maintenance responses, open communication, reasonable rent prices, nice people
