Decent Building in a nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance will come and address things if you are persistent. The building itself is decently maintained and the walls are thick. They will replace things when they break as well.
Cons:
The management company/ owner will always be a cheap as possible so appliances and fixtures break all of the time. Every appliance in the apartment has stopped working or broke at least once within the year we lived here. The front door lock breaks or gets stuck around every three months.
Advice to owner:
buy higher quality fixtures for the building

Nothing bad to say
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient: close to central park, coffee shops, 92Y
Cons:
Trash was annoying, had to walk outside past a restaurant. Packages stolen often. Once a package was delivered to the coffee shop instead of the apartment and that was a hassle
