Great living lovation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great living location - near subways, restaurants & Central Park
Cons:
Management is difficult to reach and raised rents in the middle of the pandemic.

Horrible management, decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unique apartment layouts, close to the avenue, dishwasher(the only perk)
Cons:
The management company DOESNT ANSWER. They are so rude when they do but it will take two months to answer. They don’t answer their phones even if they are in the office. There is no laundry, the heat is too hot, the rent is too high for a lack of amenities and the garbage overflows
Advice to owner:
Answer your phone and stop charging so much if you are not going to make it better for the tenants. Glad I left.
