Meh on the UES
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best water pressure I’ve ever experienced!
Cons:
Extremely poor sound insulation and loud, unfriendly neighbors. Lots of parties and slamming doors.
Advice to owner:
Invest in some quiet close devices for the doors.

Thin walls, uneven floors and annual mice visitations
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s modern and a decent space for the price I got when the market was at its lowest last year. Has a full dishwasher and laundry in the basement.
Cons:
Thin walls and can hear and feel other tenants stomping, talking/yelling and slamming doors. The floors are significantly slanted and everything on wheels rolls in one direction. No secure place for package deliveries, many packages go missing, after a year of complaints management sent and email recently they will address it but haven’t seen those efforts yet. The hall ways are often dirty and last summer smelled of urine for many months. The garbage room is given a good cleaning once a year but it usually gets to a point before that where it’s infested with mice and roaches, each winter there will be mice visiting the apartment for a couple months until they clean the garbage room.
Advice to owner:
Address the issue of noise, uneven floors, clean the garbage room more often and ensure package security
