Decent, Affordable Housing in a Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are affordable.
Cons:
Management is very hands-off. Garbage was frequently a mess. Hallway lights stayed broken for months at a time. It took months for the landlord to respond to emails.
Advice to owner:
Try to be more responsive to tenant communications.
