Clean, no-frills co-op building

Pros:
Clean and quiet
Great live-in Super
Storage room, outdoor bike storage
Good washers/dryers
Good management company
Cons:
No camera/virtual doorman intercom system - old-school talk/listen, doesn't work well
Very small elevator
Occasional package theft issues
Building entrance vestibule is difficult to navigate with heavy or large items - two sets of locked doors separated by steep stairs, with tight clearances due to door swing.
Only Spectrum cable available, no Fios
Advice to owner:
Install virtual doorman/video intercom system
