Nice pre-war building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super at this property is wonderful — responsive and timely. It’s a charming pre-war building with an elevator and dishwasher. Location is amazing
Cons:
No laundry, which sucks. And there has been a package stealing issue before, as there is no package room or door man
Advice to owner:
Add a laundry room.

Solid Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small, quiet neighbors, close to transportation.
Cons:
Can’t control the heat level so it gets really steamy in the winter, walls are very thin.
