Great Location, No Frills

Pros

Excellent location and no major issues with pests, management, etc.

Cons

Common areas (hallways, lobby, etc.) leave much to be desired and need a deep clean. Not getting much in the way of amenities - but to be expected in a building this old. Various issues often outside of mgmt control - malfunctioning main door, gas line shutdown for extended period.

Advice to the owners

Common areas need a deep clean and re-paint. Deep clean units prior to new tenants moving in.

Pros

Amazing super, he’s very responsive and proactive. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Trash room is very clean.

Cons

No laundry in building. Small units. Lots of stairs.
