Our Super is super

Pros:
Amazing super, he’s very responsive and proactive. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Trash room is very clean.
Cons:
No laundry in building. Small units. Lots of stairs.
Advice to owner:
Please give us laundry!

Pros:
Convenient and pleasantly walkable location, very quiet at the back of the building. Super is somewhat responsive and regularly takes out the trash.
Cons:
Many of the apartments have chronic pest problems. The exterminator doesn't seem to help long term so diy solutions (caulking, filling in holes, taking out garbage regularly) are needed.

When people talk in the hallways you can hear them in your apartment which isn't fun at night.

Management is very slow to respond, so if the super needs to do anything that requires ordering parts and needs approval, you basically need to call and email several times a week for weeks.
