Good Apartment Overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
On 3rd Ave and very close to both the Q and 6. Neighbors are all very quiet. Building is clean.
Cons:
I have had issues with mice. Stairway is very narrow.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to complaints.
