Units overshadow building by a long shot

Pros:
Renovated units, considerate neighbors, great location
Cons:
Entrance, sidewalk in front of building, lobby and elevator leave much to be desired
Advice to owner:
Make some minor repairs and do some regular maintenance/cleaning on the entryways.
