Old building, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new super is helpful and kind, and gets the job done. Management is responsive but not always helpful. Location is fantastic.
Cons:
Since there’s no doorman, packages get left downstairs and have been stolen. So get your package upstairs STAT. Also since the building is old, the hot water isn’t super reliable so there are some odd days when it doesn’t work.
