Not many complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet, feels secure, low key and there’s an elevator!!!!
Cons:
I’ve seen a mouse a few times in my apartment over the past 3 years and the super does send pest control once a month if you request it but I feel like they’re not doing much to prevent it at all. Also the unit is really really outdated

Dont rent here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors, neighborhood, near to transit
Cons:
Halbor Realty lies to tenants, does not make timely repairs, has to has forced (with Court orders) to fix what is necessary. A real horror show!
Advice to owner:
Learn ethics and responsibility
