Livable but tiny
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and in a fabulous neighborhood and near TONS of transportation
Cons:
Super? What’s that? To be fair we haven’t been very aggressive about any issues as they haven’t been major.
Advice to owner:

Good apartments, bad maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some apartments have a great layout. Neighborhood is wonderful. Neighbors are respectful and nice.
Cons:
Water in some units causes mold to form on Brita filter and shower curtains. Even though we clean regularly. Maintenance guy clean nothing.
Advice to owner:
Sort out the water cleanliness and get maintenance man to clean the building more than once every 4 years.
