Fine building, bad management

Pros:
Recently renovated units, quiet building
Cons:
Management and super are unresponsive and when they do respond, it takes months to get an issue resolved. Trash is often piled up outside the trash room and we have flies all around since not emptied out frequently enough. Elevator breaks at least twice a month.

Our unit was thoughtfully redone. Management was responsive and the super is fantastic.
Cons:
Tad on the small side
