Pretty good apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice small building in a great neighborhood. Apartment upkeep was very good.
Cons:
Apartment heat was not great and the building can do a better job of waste management.
Advice to owner:
Put in just a bit more effort to have staff keep the building a bit cleaner.

Garbage and rodent problem

Cons:
Rodent infestation in the basement.
Advice to owner:

Nothing more, nothing less
Former Tenant
Pros:
Reasonably priced and decent sized apartment.
Cons:
Heaters are VERY noisy. Management is not very responsive or accommodative. Management seems focused on turning studios into one-bedrooms for the couple hundred bucks extra rent per month but takes away vital space.
Advice to owner:
Consider investing some money into the property.
