No Complaints and Would Recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive landlord, management, and super. Building is well-maintained, and rent is very reasonable.
Cons:
Units can get a little warm in the winter due to lack of thermostat in units.

Ok but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, laundry in the building. Decent space for a studio. Great natural light and good windows.
Cons:
Pest problem. I've dealt with cockroaches several times in my studio. The walls are incredible thin. I can hear everything, even when my neighbors sneeze. Packages have been stolen in the lobby. Management doesn't do anything about it. Bathroom/kitchen needs to be renovated (at least my studio does). You can't control the heat in the winter so it is normally too hot in the apartment and I have to open a window.
On top of all of this - they increased my rent 38% in the summer of 2022 with no negotiation.
Advice to owner:
Not sure what can be done about the thin walls but consider renovating some of the units (especially the bathrooms) and fumigate.

No frills living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Predictable rent increases, good value to space.
Cons:
Certain apartments have thin floors/ceilings between apts. Super is really nice but sometimes isn't the most responsive communicating if problem was resolved.
