Starter NY apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable place to live
Cons:
Paper thin walls, you can hear every single step in the hallway and your neighbors alarm going off in their own apt. Building is also not well kept and constantly had piles of garbage inside downstairs.

UES Building Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
No noise in unit, decent sized bedroom.
Cons:
Extremely small unit, no living room and barely a kitchen, slow management and lazy super.
Advice to owner:
Fix your garbage policies. The entire lobby of the building smelled because the super wouldn’t take out the trash.
