Decent Apartment on UES

Pros:
for the price, it was a great value. currently has heat and ac. building and neighborhood is safe.
Cons:
heat and air had many issues with installation at the beginning of rental period. floor is warped and creaks. refrigerator broke multiple times. doors and door frames broke multiple times.
Advice to owner:
fix things in the apartment before an emergency
