Neighborhood gone downhill
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooftop is amazing, I love the separated areas with their own fire pit.
Cons:
People are loitering on the benches in front of the building right next to the entrance. Most of them seem to be homeless and are high and/or mentally ill. The smell of marijuana is unbearable. I love the building but I had to move out because my daughters felt unsafe walking around. Very unfortunate.
Advice to owner:
The partition to shield the entrance from the people loitering is not doing much. Perhaps petition for the benches to be removed?

Rooftop is awesome, the doormen are the nicest guys I've ever met and security is tight. Never felt unsafe or seen any bugs/pests in the entire building. Staff does a great job at keeping everything clean
Cons:
Only con is a small gym, but it has nice equipment and they maximize the space well.
