It is a sturdy and safe building and the neighbors are great
Cons:
Packages get stolen and the management isn’t responsive

-occasional issues with stolen packages -could be a lot cleaner

Pros:
Walk-up building at reasonable price. If issues were brought up, they were quickly resolved.
Cons:
Garbage collection process not ideal; garbage brought to back of building but area not kept clean.
Advice to owner:
Improve garbage collection process to promote a cleaner area to dispose of trash
