Great UES building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean and quiet, with little to no noise heard from neighbors or the outside. The super takes great care of the building, there is a small but good laundry room, never had any issues with heat or hot water. Would definitely keep renting here.
Cons:
I wish the water pressure was stronger, and over the years I have seen the occasional roach in the basement or my apartment.

Not so great
Former Tenant
Pros:
The small balcony was nice, the super if he’s still there (Ray) was lovely and does his best with what he has to work with. I don’t think management gives him much support.
Cons:
Management was awful and didn’t perform proper upkeep like cleaning AC/Heating units. No garbage room means stairwells are always full of trash and a fire hazard. Roaches in the stairwells and laundry room. Only two washing machines for the whole building. Kitchen is very small. Neighbors outback have a basketball court and love to play at all hours.
Advice to owner:
Fix the water pump I lived on the first floor and had no pressure and I used to shower at midnight, the AC/Heating units need to he cleaned regularly, trash disposal needs to be worked out. Hallways are insanely echoey put down carpets.
