Good Location, hear everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near the Q and short walk to 6. Right in the middle of all UES spots. Good amount of closet space and bigger windows.
Cons:
You hear noise from construction, almost everything from neighbors and steps from above. Apartments in the back get minimal sunlight most of the day. Apartments are generally small for the price. No laundry in building.
Advice to owner:
Soundproofing
