Pros:
Landlord and super are sooo responsive to issues and will come fix anything. Incredibly quiet and respectful building.
Cons:
Have had like 5 roaches in a year and a half but none since I sealed my windows. Used to have packages stolen but in response to this they proactively installed security cameras.
Advice to owner:
Water pressure needs to be fixed slightly!
