You get (even less) than what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment had a perfect location in my opinion
Cons:
Garbage being stored inside made the apartments this building consistently infested with mice. Building was extremely old and in disrepair with no updates being made. I lived here for several years and multiple times had water coming through the ceiling, once large chunks of construction debris even fell into my bath tub

Kinda sorta ok place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sorta big apt
Cons:
It’s a walk up so moving in and out is a all day event
Advice to owner:
Vacuum the halls more than once a month and fix the whole overflowing garbage issue

Better options for less $
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to subway
Cons:
Garbage not taken out often enough. Management acts like they couldn’t care less to help solve any problems. Poor value apartments in general.
Advice to owner:
Start caring about the quality of the building and more importantly, its tenants, by hiring a management company that actually puts effort in.

Truly the worst living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is visually appealing
Cons:
Dealing with Rialto is an absolute wreck. We lived with mice in our apartment for a full year. When they actually respond, they don’t offer much help. They sent an exterminator a few times, but after they kept coming back, they gave up trying to help us. I literally would find mouse poop in my bed. When our fire alarms were not working, getting them to replace them was like pulling teeth. They came to our apt, took the old ones out and didn’t replace. They proceeded to tell us they did replace them and they wouldn’t be returning. Sending a picture of the missing alarms wasn’t even enough for them. They also keep their garbage inside the building on the first floor. By the end of the week it piles up and smells repulsive. Maybe that’s why they have a pest problem.
Advice to owner:
Make your apartments LIVBLE and listen to your tenants when they tell you there is an issue. Also, figure out a way to have your garbage outside the building.
