Clean and quiet

Pros:
Building was clean and well maintained. Not a massive building. Little noise from neighbors. Apartment space was fantastic for what I was looking for. Laundry in basement was very convenient and only rarely had issues with all machines in use. My top floor apartment had a skylight in the bathroom that was a very nice touch.
Cons:
Electronic door entry did not always work for second door, which was never really addressed. We had a physical key to use for the second door.
