Honest review about this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
None I can think of
Cons:
Loud noise from a construction site Tenants are moving on you can’t sleep, study or work, the extra heavy noise starts at 7AM until 6PM, six days a week There are pets in the laundry room Lobby and other common areas
Advice to owner:
Install sound proof windows

Ups and Downs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to trains, decent location, and blocks from supermarkets and restaurants.
Cons:
The lack of response from the super, always busy or is not around when you need him. The laundry room has had problems with at least one washer and dryer not working properly. Pest problems throughout the building.
Advice to owner:
Please have a more responsive super and someone who cleans the hallways daily and takes care of the building more.

Nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
*Safe neighborhood *Managemnet is open to updating apartments *super is AMAZING and very nice and responsive
Cons:
*stolen packages from the lobby - constantly *weird smell sometimes that stays for days *lots of noise from the construction across the street if you are south facing. * heat doesn’t always work well *not enough washers/dryers and you have to use quarters which is archaic and annoying
Advice to owner:
*Put thicker windows to block street noise *add more washing machines and dryers - there are only 3 for 56 apartments. *change the machines to cards instead of quarters *instead of adding paint on paint, when a new tenant moves in, do the actual work. The Paint peels off after a year and it looks bad...
