Bedbugs, roaches beware

Pros:
Great location. Prewar brick building. Only a handful of apartments so the few neighbors are very friendly.
Cons:
Burst hot water pipes, bedbugs, roaches mold, and no onsite super meant that this place quickly became a nightmare on 82nd street. Repairs are run through a call hotline so there is no written record so its harder to hold the landlord accountable. They do the bare minimum cheap option for fixes so inevitably stuff breaks again. No onsite super means the hallways are often dirty and you have to take out your own trash to the curb only on certain days which is also not great for bug situation. Would never live here under this management again.
Advice to owner:
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of repair.
