Mostly good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well taken care of by the super. Clean, neighbors are quiet. No roaches or mice. Exposed brick in apt is cute
Cons:
Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 40 apartments. Machines often not available or broken due to overuse. Had a wasp infestation problem for weeks over the summer and management was very slow to respond/not very helpful. The rooftop that was allegedly being renovated when I moved in years ago is still in total despair.

Decent junior one bed in a prewar building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was in a great neighborhood.
Cons:
They kept promising to add laundry to the building but after 4 years did not. It often got too hot.

Loved it! Brick, views, and rooftop!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop was nice. Brick is great. LOVED our disposal guy. He speaks Albanian!
Cons:
Doors closing in the hallway are heard always. Semi-thin walls.
Advice to owner:
None!
