Great apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well maintained and the apartments are well taken care of. The super and building manager are very responsive. The elevator makes it worth it! Laundromat is a few doors down.
Cons:
Low light in some units.

Best apartment ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is extremely helpful, courteous, kind, and transparent.
Apartments are maintained well, new upgrades, and functional elevator.
They accept large dogs. Huge plus!
Location location location!!
Plenty of restaurants nearby/ Q train literally a five minute walk. 4/5/6 trains are an 8 minute walk.
Secure building, always a plus especially when receiving packages.
Cons:
Nothing really. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The paint job is mediocre, but I assume you can (with permission) paint an accent wall if desired.
The heating poles can be a bit overwhelming in the winter, but it’s a small price to pay for this complex!
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing! The place is fantastic!
