not too bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
great location, recently renovated units are pretty nice
Cons:
dead cockroach in the entry hallway every week, dirty hallways/staircases, management responds really slowly
Over 1 year ago
No major complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location and heat is well covered
Cons:
Hot water is limited and need to run shower for several minutes before water warms up.
Formerly a good deal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access, pet friendly, cheap, neighborhood if you like families. Clean unit when I moved it.
Cons:
Package theft! Out of 7packages I had delivered, 3 were stolen. Was told it was Fios ready, it was not.
Advice to owner:
Fill in the gaps around pipes, including radiators to stop cockroaches from spreading. The cost for heat resistant foam or insulation, is cheaper than exterminators.
