Pros:
Location with lots of restaurants around
Cons:
Lying to other tenants to make rent higher Lying to me offering concessions now going back on word Rent is 2012.50 now, increasing to 2369 Unprofessional Dean Mann yelling at me over the phone Attempted to call company regarding absurd hike in rent and couldn’t get a hold for over a week Insanely old washer and dryer most of which barely work Outdated card machine refill for washer dryer Poor heating. Barely works. Being kicked out of my apartment with no assistance jn moving or pay because of elevator repairs. Required to move out for 2 months. Still paying full price.
