Clean, great, some grouchy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living space and bedrooms were a great size, no problems with pests, building is prewar so it’s always warm in winter and the shower water was always hot.
Cons:
Sound travels pretty easily in the building, the neighbors like things quiet so wouldn’t recommend if you’re the type of person who likes to have people over. Got some passive aggressive notes from neighbors about footstep noise even though we’ve had rugs ever since we moved in. The default water temperature is almost boiling, you have to wait a bit to get cold water to drink.
