cheap, clean, but whatever

Pros:
incredibly affordable option in great area
Cons:
heat went out for nearly three weeks in the dead of winter, landlord was snippy with certain responses, tenants did find a homeless person sleeping in the lobby area, some annoying tenants, but nothing crazy

Cheap and easy but watch out for robbery and homeless guests

Cheap rent and good for students or young professionals
Cons:
Forced renters to go 20+ days without heat during dead of winter, comes across as snippy, son blasts kanye west during work hours, doesn’t shovel for snow until hours after, terrible shower maintenance, thin walls, poor security, endured several robberies/stolen package incidents. Finally, allowed homeless person to sleep in hallway and blamed tenants for her oversight.
Advice to owner:
Maybe being a landlord isn’t your forte

Pretty Good Place

Pros:
Place was fairly well kept, management fairly responsive, and garbage was dealt with quickly.
Cons:
Had an issue with heater being broken\not working for almost two weeks in dead of winter, with a snow storm during this time period.
Advice to owner:
Could be more communicative.
