Great building and great owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
We love everything about the building. They keep it clean, its relatively quite and they do a great job of maintaining both the open spaces and your units. The super is great and always responsive when there is an issue.
Cons:
The only real con is that we can only take our trash and recycling out on the city timeline. So trash every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Recycling only on Fridays. Recycling tends to always build up and it would be nice to have a communal place to get rid of our items outside of these times. Not a huge issue, just a little annoying to get used to.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing.
