Cons:
Rosann Paradiso Fodera, the landlord is the most rude landlord I’ve ever experienced in my 20 years of renting in NYC. Highly recommend you do not live here just so you do not have to deal with this insane woman. Belittles her tenants with every phone call. Save yourself a headache and rent anywhere else in this city.

Be kind. It goes a long way.
