Unexpected Waterfall Feature
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood and location are great. All of the neighbors are friendly and it’s a very pet-friendly environment. My large dog has fit right in and we loved the first year of living here.
Cons:
The lack of a laundry room made things difficult, but I knew what I was getting into with that. Right around the time to renew my lease, a huge leak appeared in the bathroom ceiling. The super came over unannounced to look at it (luckily I was home) and then a plumber came unannounced another day to “fix it”. The super assured me the hole in the ceiling would be patched up “the next day”. It’s been three months and there’s still a garbage bag taped over the hole and water is STILL leaking from it. When I emailed management to voice my concerns I was ghosted. Literally have not heard from management since April and it’s now July.
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to have multiple properties, you better make sure someone is paying attention to each of them. If you kept up with some of these issues then they wouldn’t become problems so frequently

1st floor apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, build was cleaned weekly, packages were delivered with no issues.
Cons:
We had lots of mice, the heat was way too strong in the winter, not great air circulation, annoying that you can never talk to the superintendent and it goes right to voicemail, trash would overflow and fall into the outside stairwells.

1st floor apt.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location. Clean. Safe.
Cons:
Mice in unit.
Garbage was always over flowing and tents were being blamed when really it was just not managed well.
When they fixed things in the apt it was a half fast job.
They tried to up our monthly rent by $400 after the first year!!! We were able to talk them down some but eventually left do to price increase again after the 2nd year!
Advice to owner:
Get new doors to the building. Several times the door was always unlocked.
