Quiet (Enough) Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice, classic prewar building on the UES. Neighbors were friendly and the building was fairly quiet (although some people had dogs and that made some noise)
Cons:
Heat blasted from October through May and we had to run the AC to offset it.

Pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive management, good price, roof access.
Cons:
Walls are paper thin. I could literally hear my neighbors conversations. This wasn't the end of the world because I had fairly considerate neighbors, but beware.
Floors were so sloped a tennis ball would roll to the other side. Doors were made of plastic, which allows noise to travel.
