Spacious apartment in great location

Pros:
The apartments are a nice size with large windows. Laundry in the basement, elevator building.
Cons:
The super does not live in the building, so if you have an issue after 5:30pm he won’t be able to assist until the next morning. The heater and hot water stopped working 5 times in the 8 years I’ve lived here during winter. They came to fix the boiler but I was freezing for 2 days. The elevator is very slow and you can hear your neighbors upstairs walking and moving.
Advice to owner:
Move the super in the building, renew the elevator because it’s extremely slow and buy a new boiler. Also invest money to get better floors, it creaks every time you walk in your apt.

Gas line broke, replaced all stoves in 2 months
Cons:
No sunlight in back bedrooms
Advice to owner:
Put French doors on the flex walls

Cons:
Raised rent without a proper email just sent a notification within a platform. Oh and they raised rent by 33(!!!) percent.
Advice to owner:
Dont treat your tenants like crap and raise rent an insane amount without even having a conversation about it.

Safe, excellent location, incredible quiet, pretty clean, no packages are stolen
Cons:
dryers need to be fixed frequently or replaced soon. no amenities outside of laundry in the building
Advice to owner:
Replace the dryers

Pros:
Super was fantastic. Building lobby and hallways were well kept. Great sized apartment for the price.
Cons:
Elevator was out of service often and the basement laundry & trash area were not always clean.
