Rent was on the cheap side.
Cons:
- Alot of bugs - When I was moving in the landlord was hours late to meet me to give me my key - Management is not very responsive

Be more responsive to tenants

Nice neighbors, good enough place to live
Cons:
Dirty corridors, appliances are old, apartments are a bit worn, had rats and managements response was okay

Spend more on upkeep
