Sub par landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Scalding heat, so warm you needed to open a window. The only nice thing about my unit.
Cons:
This building has very small apartments that are separated with thin walls and are not big enough for one person. This building has not been renovated since the 70s. Serious pest and garbage problem that is only beaten by its burglary and package theft problem. If you are not a savvy tenant, they will not hesitate to fleece you.
Advice to owner:
Investing in renovations and security will help.

The managment is the problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the area, but this building is on a hill and directly across from a large building with a parking garage and a playground so there is constant noise.
Cons:
The management is the problem. They charge way too much money for the apartments ub rge 3 buildings they own on this block. Everything is subpar. Everything is run down. People move in and move right back out. Your dollar can go further elsewhere, and once they figure that out, they’re gone.
Advice to owner:
Put some money back into your properties and attract decent people who want to stay.
