I grew up in this building and it set my standards really high, it's worth it!

Pros

- staff - amenities - garden - quiet location in a good area - big apartments - balcony - dishwasher - no pests (I actually only saw a bug there ONCE in 4 years) - nice buildings - gorgeous

Cons

Only thing is that the UES is a little slow compared to some other Manhattan neighborhoods esp for the price, but the building is 11/10

Advice to the owners

I wish it didn't become so expensive :')

Pros

Friendly and Helpful Staff, Private Entry Drive, Private Garden Park, Entertainment Room, kitchen, tables, sofas, pool, TV, kids' game room, large gym, etc.

Cons

The Board of Managers is slow to respond. Expensive Parking Garage. No pool.
