Great place to live

Pros:
Well maintained, friendly landlord and super, minimal bugs, no rodents
Cons:
Heat can be a bit extreme, as with any radiator building

Renter Beware, You’ve been Warned

Pros:
Reasonable rent, nothing much.
Cons:
MICE, MICE, MICE!!! Plus, the heat works half of the time so bring your own portable heater.
Advice to owner:
Please CLEAN the building. There’s too much mice!! This is unacceptable and unhealthy. Also, it’s time to replace your grumpy super.

Decent location to lots of restaurants and bars
Cons:
The heat never worked Super did a bad job at fixing things or broke other things while in the apartment
