Quaint but cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apt has really high ceilings and it is south facing so it’s nice to have the sun shining into the apt all day.
Cons:
This building is super old so that means the windows are ancient. If you don’t seal the windows in the winter, the apt tends to get extremely cold. The concrete wall also tends to randomly grow mold and there’s a gap between the floor and the wall…the wall that faces the front of the building.

Good first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Extremely responsive and clean super who is nice and on top of any problem that comes up. Friendly neighbors, safe neighborhood. Large studios. Management company is easy to get a hold of.
Cons:
You can hear everything that your neighbors say and do. Pay rent by mail.
Advice to owner:
Keep the super around, he’s great

Do Not Move Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, has elevator
Cons:
Terrible construction dust, pests, mold, and illegal heating temperature, major structural cracks going ignored
Advice to owner:
Make it standard habitable
