CRIMINAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Pros:
Great location, covered trash outside, modern washer and dryer in the basement, quiet neighbors.
Cons:
My ceiling collapsed from a leak on the roof and the management company refused to answer phone calls and emails, refused to put me in a hotel, and refused to repair the collapse, claiming it was "livable." They ignored all communications from 311, my renter's insurance, and my lawyer. The owner has been to jail before for harassing tenants out of rent stabilized units. The management company is an LLC owned by an LLC, so you can't ever get to a real person. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Radiator is so loud I could never sleep, there is a constant metal banging and whistling. It made my apartment so hot and humid that my paint peeled from my walls and my posters shriveled. The windows literally drip with water all winter.

Electric stove barely worked, and the fridge could only open halfway.

Bees and horse flies would come through the radiator and AC unit and centipedes came through through the floorboards. Had one cockroach as well, to be expected from an older building.
