Do Not Rent Here!!! Not Worth the Headaches!!

Pros:
Location was great!
Cons:
The Super will micro manage you every day. He’s always present on site and getting involved in your business. He hassles you about move in and move out. He’s rude and disrespectful. Treats everyone like a child. Talks about other tenants behind their backs. Building isn’t properly heated. Also is infested with roaches. The laundry facilities are basically 2 washers and 2 dryers which are always out of service and 4 buildings have to share. Neighboring buildings are very loud and throw parties constantly. Rent is very high for no amenities. And half of the building is vacant.
Advice to owner:
Get a new Super and fix the problems with the building Rent is so high and completely not worth it
