Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Central Park
Cons:
- paper thin walls
- super dirty
- the worst management you could ever imagine
- roaches everywhere
- basically it’s a prewar building that they slapped some paint on and said it’s remodeled
Advice to owner:
Humans live here, treat them as such

Slum Lord Vibes
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is obviously convenient to many parks for your dog. Which made things super easy for mine to adapt to NYC living. Great bars, and grocery stores a short walk away.
Cons:
The water pressure is too good. I had a very tiny toilet and the shearing water pressure would make it feel like I had a bidet. Just imagine that with contents. I was told I would have to deal with the issue by management.

Bare electrical receptacles and outlets. Pest control came only once the entire time I lived here. Laminate flooring pulls up and slides amongst itself. Water seeps underneath when mopping... The landlord wants to say it's the tenant's fault. The list goes on and on. Don't live in this building they will take your money and force you to figure out your own solutions to their building.
Advice to owner:
Don't treat tenants like they are a problem. Without them, you won't make your mortgage. As you love to remind people.

Fine, but you can probably do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location on a quiet street. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Common areas are cleaned regularly and the landlord is responsive when contacted.
Cons:
I saw one mouse and one cockroach. Several large maintenance issues occurred the year I lived there. They were always addressed in a timely manner and management was communicative but they caused a lot of inconvenience. Building was overpriced for what was offered and the appliances in my unit were basically falling apart. I was told they’d be replace when I moved in but that never happened.
Advice to owner:
Compared to most other NYC landlords you guys are fine.
