Pretty good overall but overpriced in my opinion
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Fairly clean building
-Laundry in-unit
-Offer extermination services monthly
Cons:
-FREEZING in the winter, they don't turn the heat on enough at all
-Packages always getting stolen out of lobby
-Listed as 1 bedroom but really more like a studio, overpriced

Terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is great, the building is well constructed and generally the tenants are nice.
Cons:
There is no heat in the entire 6th floor, every tenant complains and they don’t fix anything. Generally whenever they come to fix something the place is left a complete mess and things get stolen. Overall the management company is abysmal.
Advice to owner:
Get your management under control and actually fix the heat for once.

Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept apartment

Neighbors are very informed of issues in this building and happy to talk about them
Cons:
Management - the “super” is listed on the first floor as it is required for all nyc buildings. The name is not a real person. The property management is a “hub.” The only phone number provided to tenants is a call center staffed by people throughout the world. When you tell them something to relay to your building management, it does not get brought to them. All they care about it money.

Packages being stolen- the building is not safe for packages. Several times throughout the year i lived there, there were packages stolen. To the point where there have been at least 2x packages were ripped open and left there for days on end. Management takes no steps to make the building safer. People are able to access the front door easily.

Heat- the radiators and heating system are older like most buildings in nyc. We had 2 months of constant banging each hour, including overnight, and management did not help until it was reported daily by us.

Walls are thin as hell- you can hear people all around you.
Advice to owner:
Do better and make more of a liveable atmosphere for your tenants.
